Grace Downs-Saunders is a minor character in The Craft and the mother of Nancy Downs. She is the wife of an abusive husband Ray Saunders.
She was portrayed by Helen Shaver.

Grace was frequently abused by her alcoholic husband Ray. Ray, however, died as a result of Nancy's spell. His death left Grace and her daughter Nancy with $175,000, which they used to rent an apartment.

- She revealed that, as a young girl, she wanted a jukebox that exclusively played Connie Francis records, which she bought through the accumulation of $175,000 as a result of her husband's death. The song "Falling", can be heard on the film.
