Lirio's Occult Shop is a shop in downtown Los Angeles that sells supplies for witchcraft. It is run by witch Lirio. The store contains various items that can be used by witches. Nancy, Rochelle, Sarah and Bonnie are seen in the shop after school various times.

Background[]

After Lirio realized that California was built atop an ancient burial ground that was infused with sacred energies Lirio ended up purchasing the property. Lirio turned it into a multi use occult shop where multiple items could be found. The temple where the power was located was still intact and Lirio hid it from customers.

Throughout the Movie[]

Nancy, Rochelle and Bonnie were frequent visitors of the occult shop. After heading there when school ended the girls would usually steal from the shop and it would come to Lirio's attention. When Sarah hung out with them from the first time after school instead of stealing when Bonnie asked her to, she paid for the items to Lirio's surprise. Sarah ends up purchasing a beginners guide to magic and candles. Sarah then heads to a curtain at the end of the shop and Lirio stops her only to say "That's not for you".

Later in the film we see Nancy go and purchase "Invocation of the Spirit" which can increase a witch's powers tremondously from a higher deity. Lirio warns Nancy this is no ritual for an inexperienced wich but Nancy arrogantly says she a big girl and purchases the book with her money.

In the last 30 minutes of the film Sarah urgently rushes over to the shop to see Lirio. After her coven had betrayed her and haunted her with nightmarish dreams and other things she confides in Lirio. Lirio then shows her what is behind the curtain and shows her how to invoke the spirit. When Nancy then shows Sarah she is near Sarah runs out of the shop to try and cause no more harm.
