Template:Infobox character Rochelle is a witch and a main character in the horror film The Craft. She is portrayed by Rachel True. Rochelle is presented as the only African-American girl in her school who is targeted by racist bully Laura Lizzie. She uses magic to exact reveange on Laura, which backfries. Her misuse of the Craft caused her to lose her powers.

Story

Rochelle is frequently bullied by a racist girl in her school Laura Lizzie. Once she achieves real power with Sarah present in her coven, she does a spell to make Laura's hair fall out. She eventually sees how much pain and suffering she has put Laura through and feels extreme regret. She along with her sister witches become more powerful everyday and she eventually begins to abuse her power. She gets them taken away, however, by Sarah Bailey.

Powers and abilities

Rochelle is a powerful "spiritual" witch. She possesses the ability to manipulate mystical forces, allowing her to cast spells and use supernatural powers such as psychokinesis, levitation and glamouring. She represents the element of water, and possibly possesses intuitive abilities.

Sarah Bailey

Sarah and Rochelle shared very little dialouge, except when Sarah helped her perform the spell on Laura Lizzie.

Nancy Downs

Nancy befriended Rochelle when no one else wanted to be friends with the only black girl in school.

Bonnie

She and Bonnie frequently poke fun at eachother and are close because they are not as powerful as Sarah and Nancy.
