Sarah's mother was Sarah Bailey's biological mom who died during labor. She was revealed, by Lirio, to be a natural witch. She was portrayed by Jane Eilber.
During Sarah's battle against Nancy, Bonnie and Rochelle, Sarah was prompted by her mother's spirit to invoke Manol's power and defeat Nancy.
It's possible that she had some sort of involvement with Lirio piror to Sarah's birth.
